Our beautifully kept, clean and tidy townhouse has 3 bedrooms, but can also be rented as a two bedroomed house, has air conditioning, (which is a must in the summer months), SKY TV with ITV, BBC, Sky Sports, Movies etc, south facing private garden and use of the garage, where some of the garden and beach gear is stored and is situated in the peaceful Urbanization of Altamira, which is on the doorstep of Calpe. On the Urbanization we have two swimming pools and a Tennis Court.

Our nearest sandy beach/cove is La Fustera, which is about a 15 min walk. At the beach there is a children's play area, first aid station, beach bar and plenty of parking. There are bars, restaurants and a well stocked supermarket with easy distance of the beach and our house.

Calpe, which is approx 5 mins in the car, has two beautiful sandy beaches, with water sports and lots going in in the summer and also has shops, bars and restaurants all along the seafront.

The old town of Calpe is certainly worth a visit, especially in the evenings, as is Guadalest, which is the second most visited village in Spain, with its little quaint shops, museums and scenery that is not to be missed.

Our house is very well furnished, has all mod cons and maintained to the highest of standards, we do also use it for our own holidays.
