This is the new additional twin bedded room, as of 2009, You will be able to rent the house as either a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroomed house. Different prices will apply.

Washing machine, Dish washer, Full size cooker -Gas/Electric, microwave, wok, toaster, kettle, orange juicer, fire extinguisher, iron, etc.

Sky TV package has got a good selection of channels, inclucing, BBC 1 & 2, ITV 1 & 2, Channels 4 & 5, Sky Sports 1 & 2, Sky Movies 1,2 & 3, Discovery, Discovery Real Time, History, Living, UK Gold, Sky One,Eurosport, Nickelodeon, VH1 and many of the free channels.

A new flat screen TV installed Sept 09.

There are three bedrooms, two twin rooms and one master double bedroom, with patio doors, leading out to a small verandah, two of the three bedrooms have sea views and all have ample storage.

There is aircon/heating and ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms and the third bedroom has new aircon (July 2011) and standing fans. The third bedroom tends to be cooler most of the time.

We have a new cot that can be used, ( free of charge), you will need to supply your own cot bedding.

There is ample storage in all the bedrooms and we do supply an abundance of coat hangers.

This is a strictly non smoking house, Pets are not allowed.

There is a safe fitted for you security and a baby gate fitted at the top of the stairs for your safety.

Our house is kept to the highest of standards, and is maintained on a regular basis as we do use it for our own holidays.

We have a selection of "Beach Gear" stored in the garage, brollies, lilos, knee boards, chairs, buckets and spades etc that can all be used.

We do also recommend car hire for your convenience.

The bathroom is fitted with a full sized bath, shower over the bath, bidet, WC, hairdryer and vanity unit. There is a separate Shower room downstairs with shower, WC and small wash hand basin.

The living/dining area is good sized, light and airy room which has two sofas, a dining table and six chairs. We also provide TV/SKY, CD and DVD players. We have a very good selection of DVD's and a number of CD's, books and games. The room has two sets of patio doors that lead out to a very private sun terrace and back garden.
There is ample garden furniture for your enjoyment in "outdoor living". The Sunshine is "Free of Charge". We have the use of two shared pools and a tennis court.
