Please note, the prices quoted are for the property, are per week and in UK pounds. All bed-linen and towels are provided free of charge which will be freshly laundered once a week. Pool/Beach towels are now also provided, free of charge.



Discount is available for repeat bookings.

You can now rent the house as a 2 or a 3 bedroomed house, different prices now apply. See below:

PRICES FOR 2010 WILL REMAIN THE SAME AS 2009.

£100 deposit will be required to secure your booking, which will be fully refundable when the house has been checked on your departure. The rental fee should be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.

If for any reason there is damage to the property or contents in excess of the £100 deposit, the renter will be held responsible for this.

Changeover days are now flexible, we will try and accommodate any requests, as we do realise mid week flights can work out cheaper. Arrival 1pm approx, departure 10am unless otherwise agreed. If we have no-one going in the day you leave, your time of departure will be your own decison.

We have now started to take bookings for 2011. DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE FOR REPEAT BOOKINGS.
